Pat Guido is the senior pastor of Victory Christian Church in Sterling Heights, Michigan and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He is married to Christine and they have four children. They have lived in Sterling Heights for the last 21 years.

Children’s Pastor Rick Paoletti was born in Detroit and married his wife Janette in 1993. Together they have seven children. Pastor Rick has worked as a homebuilder as well as an Automotive Engineer for over 25 years.
Pastor Rick committed his life to Jesus Christ in 1996 and answered the call to preaching the Gospel in 2005. Since then, he has studied at Global University and received his credentialing thru the Assembly of God Fellowship. Pastor Rick trained for the ministry at Lakeside Assembly of God in Sterling Heights, Michigan where he served for seven years in various capacities: Children’s Church Director, Royal Ranger’s senior commander, class leader, Sunday school teacher, and men’s fellowship.
Pastor Nate was born and raised in the Metro-Detroit area. He graduated from Zoe Christian Academy, now Parkway Christian in Sterling Heights. From there he followed God’s call to pursue training for ministry at Central Bible College and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s in Pastoral Ministries. He than served as youth pastor near Cleveland, OH at an Assemblies of God church. Now 8 years later he has come full circle, finding his way back to the metro Detroit area.
Pastor Nate and his wife, Deanna, have been married for 6 years.
